Accessibility Statement
Civentry, a product of Daddisyn Labs, LLC, Moorpark, California
Effective date: June 17, 2026
Last updated: June 17, 2026
Civentry is committed to making its service usable by as many people as possible, including people with disabilities. We want everyone who serves on or works with a community-association board to be able to use Civentry effectively.
Our goal
We aim to conform substantially to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, as a practical standard for accessible web design. We treat accessibility as an ongoing effort rather than a one-time task, and we work to improve the accessibility of the Service over time as we develop it.
Measures we take
As a normal part of building and maintaining the Service, we work toward accessible practices such as:
- meaningful text alternatives for non-text content where practical;
- sufficient color contrast and readable text;
- keyboard navigability for interactive elements;
- clear structure and labeling of content and forms;
- support for current major web browsers.
Because Civentry is actively developed, some areas may not yet fully meet our target standard. We prioritize improvements based on impact and feedback.
Third-party content
Some parts of the Service rely on third-party providers and software. We do not control the accessibility of third-party services, but we choose established providers and work to integrate them in an accessible way.
Feedback and requests for assistance
We welcome feedback on the accessibility of Civentry, and we want to help if you encounter a barrier. If you have difficulty accessing any part of the Service, or need information provided in a different format, please contact us at hello@civentry.com. Please describe the issue and the page or feature involved so we can assist and address it. We will make reasonable efforts to respond and to provide the information or function you need through an alternative means where appropriate.
Ongoing commitment
This statement reflects our good-faith commitment to accessibility and will be updated as the Service and our practices evolve.
