Civentry is not a financial professional
Civentry and Daddisyn Labs, LLC are not a CPA, accountant, auditor, reserve study specialist, financial advisor, investment advisor, attorney, tax professional, or community management company. Civentry does not provide financial, accounting, auditing, tax, legal, or reserve-study advice.
Everything in the platform is informational
Dashboards, budget projections, dues calculations, variance analyses, red flags, and reserve figures are informational tools to support board discussion — not professional determinations and not advice.
- Source data. Civentry's outputs are only as accurate as the documents you upload. Boards are responsible for verifying source data.
- Reserve study analysis is based solely on the reports you upload and does not replace an official reserve study prepared by a qualified reserve professional.
- Budget tools produce planning estimates. A budget is not an approved budget unless and until your board formally adopts it.
- Dues calculations are estimates to inform discussion, not assessments.
- Projections and forecasts (such as cash-flow projections) are estimates based on historical data and simple modeling. They become more grounded with more history, but they remain estimates and may be wrong. Civentry surfaces how much history supports a projection so you can judge it accordingly — but the judgment is yours.

Boards are responsible for verifying source data, for the financial decisions they make, and for compliance with their governing documents and applicable law. Consult qualified professionals — accountants, reserve specialists, attorneys, or your management company — before making any material financial decision.
